Panha Life Care is a new organization based in Mumbai dedicated to providing palliative care services to patients. We intend to provide affordable home-based Palliative care services and run a Palliative care clinic in the city of Mumbai. We plan to provide these services as a subsidized fee for service program.
Currently hiring- Nurses (3 vacancies) with 3 to 5 Years of Nursing experience in Palliative care
•Qualifications- ANM, GNM or BSc Nursing- Certification in Palliative care desirable.
•Languages- Hindi, English, Marathi – Preferable.
•Skills- Basic Nursing Skills along with home care procedures including Colostomy Care, Tracheostomy care, Enema Application, Wound care.
Job Description
•Be a member of the palliative care team taking care of patients at home.
•Assist the doctor in Initial and subsequent evaluation of the Patient.
•Provide nursing care and perform the above-mentioned procedures.
•Communicate with the patient and family.
•Educate and enhance skills of the care giver and family in caring for the patient.
•Maintain stock and inventory of medicines.
